Flu Facts and Tips
A few years ago there were warnings and predictions about a new strain of Avian or bird flu that was threatening a flu epidemic like the one that occurred in 1918 and killed millions of people worldwide. After 9/11 there were scares about anthrax and biological warfare. It seems like there's always something we're being "warned" about.
You won't see me getting a flu vaccine; I've never had one. We don't need mercury and viruses injected into our bodies to make us sick.
Peoples' immune systems are weakened from stress, poor nutrition and toxicity that they may be very susceptible to any new strain of flu.
Where to Start:
Disease can't live in a clean body. Now is the time to get started. CleanStart is a wonderful cleanse. Do this 14 day package and then do Para Cleanse.
Many people have Parasites and don't know it and they cause other health problems. Do the cleanse and you will be glad you did. Use the basics

Preteens and teens can use Tiao He Cleanse and Para Cleanse. You can split each package (by the color of the capsules) into morning and evening. Do one cleanse for 1 week and then the other for 1 week and back to the first one. Keep alternation till you have used 2 packages of each. Then they can use Herbal Trace Minerals (an herbal vitamin/mineral combination containing alfalfa, dandelion and kelp) use 4 to 6 capsules per day. Forget the vaccines. Flu strains mutate all the time and they can't vaccinate you against all of them. All the flu vaccine does is challenge your immune system so it will build up its own defenses. Thinking About a Flu Shot?
I am not going to tell you whether or not you should get a flu shot is a decision you must make on your own. To make a wise decision you must hear both sides of the issue. Chances are you have heard the pro-inoculation side, thanks to the propaganda of the drug companies who reap billion dollar profits from the vaccines.
Are Vaccines Safe?
According to a study published in the Medical Journal Clinical Immunology and Immunopathology, vaccination "produces immune suppression which contributes to an increased susceptibility to other infections." (May 1996; 79(2): 163-170)

Vaccines have never been proven safe. Many authorities agree that their long tem effects, which have not been adequately investigated may even be disastrous for some individuals'.
Vaccinations are suspected to be a cause or a contributor to many diseases, particularly diseases involving the immune system such as lupus, arthritis and allergies. Although this has not been proven and research in this area is scarce, many authorities suspect that we will eventually discover many long-term risks associated with immunizations.
Are Vaccines Effective?

The flu is not caused by a virus!

Flu Prevention Strategy Repeatedly Called Into Question
Two years ago a study in the British Medical Journal concluded that the effectiveness of annual flu shots has been exaggerated and that in reality they have little or no effect on influenza campaign objectives, including reducing the number of hospital stays, time off work and death from influenza and its complications.
Other studies, done prior and subsequently confirm these findings.
Preventing flu related deaths in the elderly has been and still is, the primary argument for recommending flu shots each year. According to the theory of herd immunity, a majority of the population must be vaccinated in order to protect the lives of the elderly and other categories of people susceptible to flu-related complications.
The flu prevention strategy set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been called into serious question time and again.

New Theory May Explain the True Nature of the Flu, and Why Vaccines Don't Work
One credible hypothesis that explains the seasonal nature of flu is that influenza is a Vitamin D deficiency disease.
Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, may very well be one of the most beneficial vitamins there is for disease prevention. It's one of the vitamins that a vast majority of people across the world are deficient in due to lack of regular exposure to sunshine.
