The following herbs and combinations will help you to quit and to cleanse your body. You will probably only need one combination from each group; muscle testing will determine which ones are best for you and the amounts that you will need.

LUNGS: (to cleanse and heal) ALJ, Lung Support, Marshmallow & Fenugreek, PLS II or Vitamin A & D (helps the liver rebuild).
BLOOD: (to cleanse the nicotine out of the body) BP-X, Blood Build, Red Clover Blend, Burdock, Pau 'D Arco and/or Liquid Chlorophyll.
MUCUS: (to clean from whole body) All Cell Detox.
WITHDRAWAL: Catnip & Fennel (every time cigarette is craved).
Lobelia Extract to help clear the lungs, relax them and helps with nerves.
NIACIN dilates the blood vessels, regulates blood sugar, stress, circulation.
BLOOD SUGAR: Licorice Root ATC and/or Licorice Root liquid to keep blood sugar levels up and help decrease cigarette cravings and stabilize moods.
Vitamin C, Chewable - as a substitution and to replace the C that smoking destroys.
In addition, it is important to keep the blood sugar levels up by eating 3 healthy meals a day. Don't skip breakfast (and be sure that it contains enough protein) or you will have blood sugar swings all day as AIL smokers are hypoglycemic. Or use a Nutri Burn or Smart Meals Protein drinks.

Essential Oils & Smoking
For help with smoking, the best oil recommended is Bergamot essental Oil. Just diffusing will help with the addiction of nicotine. Also, Bergamot will help with most addictions. You can also apply to the bottoms of feet on a daily basis by adding 3-4 drops to your Massage Oil and massage both feet.
